[Add a short account of the firm: when it was established, why, and the communities it serves. Include only facts that can be verified.]
Our approach is simple. We listen first, explain your options in plain language, tell you what we think about the risks, and keep you informed as your matter moves forward. When you are ready to talk, you can contact the firm.
Our values
How we work with clients
Clarity
We explain legal issues in plain language so that you can decide with the full picture in front of you.
Care
We take the time to understand what matters to you, not only what the file requires.
Candour
We tell you what we think of your position, including the risks, so there are no surprises.
Confidentiality
What you tell us stays with us, as the Law Society of Alberta’s Code of Conduct requires.
Professional standards
Regulated by the Law Society of Alberta
Lawyers who practise in Alberta must be members of the Law Society of Alberta and follow its Code of Conduct. The Code governs how lawyers handle conflicts of interest, protect client confidences, hold client money and market their services. You can learn more about the Law Society, and check a lawyer’s status, on the Law Society of Alberta website.
Our marketing follows the Code. We do not claim to be specialists or experts, we do not compare ourselves with other lawyers, and we do not promise outcomes.
Client testimonials
What clients have said
Each testimonial is shared with the client’s written consent. It reflects one person’s experience and does not predict the outcome of any other matter.
“[Client-approved testimonial goes here. Keep it factual, free of emotional appeals, and without any claim about results.]”
“[A second client-approved testimonial goes here. Publish only with the client’s written consent.]”
“[A third client-approved testimonial goes here. Do not edit it in a way that changes its meaning.]”
Our testimonial policy. We publish a testimonial only with the client’s written consent. We do not pay for testimonials, we do not edit them in a way that changes their meaning, and we do not publish statements about results. Every matter depends on its own facts.
